In accordance with Chapter 551, Government
Code, Vernon =s
Texas Codes Annotated (Open Meeting Law). Section 551.074 -
Personnel Matters; to deliberate the appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a
public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge
against an officer or employee.
Reconvene into Open Meeting
Take any action as a result of Executive
Session.
In addition to specifically identified
Executive Sessions, Council may convene into Executive Session at
any point during the open meeting to discuss any item posted on
this agenda. Specific sections of the Open Meetings Act will be
identified and announced should Council elect to convene into
Executive Session.
