CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. A. Approval of the Minutes from the Meetings of August 13 and August 14, 2001. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION AND ACTION Planning Items: 1. Consider and act upon approval of a Replat of Lot 1, Block A, Century Business Park Addition, being an 8.618 acre tract according to the plat recorded in Volume K, Page 777 of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas, and being also a part of that tract described in a deed to Heatley-Moist, Inc. recorded in Clerk’s File No. 96-0000740 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, being situated in the Duke Strickland Survey, Abstract No. 841, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas. Public Hearing 2. Conduct a public hearing on the proposed tax rate for fiscal year 2001-2002 and provide taxpayers an opportunity to express their views on the tax rate. At the end of the hearing, the City Council must set and announce the date, time and place of the meeting at which it will vote on the final proposed tax rate. Approval of Ordinances 3. Consider and act upon an ordinance to increase water utility rates sufficient to pass through the wholesale price increase from the North Texas Municipal Water District.
