- Discuss and consider revised concept plan for Wylie Lakes
Subdivision. Presentation will be made by the Developer, Mark Stiles.
- Discuss and consider revised concept plan for Avalon 2 Subdivision.
Presentation will be made by the Developer, Scott Massy.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
- Update on grant projects, Founders/Pirate Stadium, and mountain bike
trail at Sage Creek.
- Discuss sites for community built playground.
