Hold a public hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Replat for the Twin Lakes, Phase I Addition proposed by Corwin Engineering, Inc., Consulting Engineer for the property generally located along the east side of S. Ballard Avenue, south of Alanis Drive, and being all of Lot 20 of Block D, of the Twin Lakes, Phase I Addition, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
