- Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final
Plat for the Kirby 78 Addition, being all of a certain 2.4717 acre
tract of land, being a portion of the property conveyed to
Greenway-78, L.P. by deed recorded in Volume 4886 at Page 4459 off
the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, and being the property
conveyed to Greenway-78, L.P. by deed recorded as Document No.
2001-0102217 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, being
situated in the E.C. Davidson Survey, Abstract No. 267, City of
Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
WORK SESSION
- Discuss potential revision to the Subdivision Regulations and
platting process.
