Plat for the Westgate Hollow Addition, being a certain 17.867 acre
tract of land situated in the E.C. Davidson Survey, Abstract No.
266, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas, and being all of a tract
conveyed to Lanell Gunter by deed as recorded in County Clerk’s
File No. 95-0020112, Land Records of Collin County, Texas, and being
part of a tract conveyed to Dixie Mortgage Loan Company by deed as
recorded in Volume 2668, Page 405, Land Records of Collin County,
Texas.
