Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Preliminary Plat for Lot 1, Block 1 of the SFS Addition, being a certain 5.732 acre tract of land situated in the Duke Strickland Survey, Abstract No. 841, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas, and being part of Tract B and part of Tract E conveyed to the F.O. Birmingham Memorial Land Trust according to a deed recorded in County Clerk’s File No. 92-0091825, Land Records of Collin County, Texas.
