Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for Lot 5R, Block A, Century Business Park Addition, being a Replat of Lot 1A, Block A of Century Business Park according to the plat recorded in Volume N, Page 349 of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas, and Lot Lot 5, Block A of Century Business Park according to the plat recorded in Volume J, Page 692 of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas, and being a certain 5.043 acre tract of land situated in the Duke Strickland Survey, Abstract No. 841, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
