  1. Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the December 3, 2002 Regular Meeting.

ACTION AGENDA

  1. Consider and act upon approval of a Site Plan for Anderson's Little Half Acre, being all of a certain 0.48 acre (20,910 square feet) tract of land, located at 2811 F.M. 544, as recorded in a deed to Keith Anderson in Volume 4562, Page 972 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas and being situated in the Moses Sparks Survey, Abstract No. 849, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
     
  2. Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for Lot 1, Block A of Anderson's Little Half Acre Addition (formally known as Lot 5 of McCord's Little Six Subdivision, an Addition not filed for record), being all of a certain 0.48 acre tract of land, located at 2811 F.M. 544, as recorded in a deed to Keith Anderson in Volume 4562, Page 972 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas and being situated in the Moses Sparks Survey, Abstract No. 849, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
     
  3. Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for the Avalon Addition Phase 1, being a certain 42.372 acre tract of land generally located south of Brown Street and west of Kreymer Road (C.R. 432), being part of a called 77.14 tract described in a deed to Neva Lou Kreymer and Robert Kreymer as recorded in Volume 2787, Page 255 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, and being situated in the Francisco De La Pina Survey, Abstract No. 688, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
     
  4. Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for the Avalon Addition Phase 2, being a certain 28.2213 acre tract of land generally located south of Brown Street and west of Kreymer Road (C.R. 432), being part of a called 77.14 tract described in a deed to Neva Lou Kreymer and Robert Kreymer as recorded in Volume 2787, Page 255 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, and being situated in the Francisco De La Pina Survey, Abstract No. 688, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
     
  5. Consider and act upon approval of a request by Pulte Homes for a waiver of the requirements for masonry exterior facade materials, Section 3.4.F.1.a (3) of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a fiber cement siding to create a theme of traditional neighborhood design within the Birmingham Farms Phase 2B Addition.
