  1. Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the March 4, 2003 Regular Meeting.

Public Hearing

  1. Hold a Public Hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a change in zoning from Commercial Corridor (CC) District to Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Commercial Amusement, located at 702 Highway 78, being Lot 2A of Block 2 of the Oaks Retail Addition, east side of S.H. 78 and south of Brown Street, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas. (Zoning Case 2003-02)
       
  2. Hold a public hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a proposed amendment to Section 4.4.E.1.a (Nonresidential Design Standards for Landscaping) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wylie.
