PUBLIC HEARINGS
  1. ZBA No. 2001-05. Hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a request by Pulte Homes for a variance to Section 11.4 of the City of Wylie Zoning Ordinance in order to allow a one-car garage on a single-family residence, this property being located at 309 Cobblestone Drive, and being Lot 33, Block H of Phase II of the Lakeside Estates Addition, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
  2. ZBA No. 2001-06. Hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a request by Sandra Davis for a variance to Sections 19.3 and 24.3(28) of the City of Wylie Zoning Ordinance in order to waive the required front and rear yards and required off-street parking, this property being located at 121 North Ballard Street, and being Lot 1A, Block 1 of the Keller’s First Addition, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
