Hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a request by Larry DeBerry for a variance to Section 3.3.B of the Zoning Ordinance in order to reduce the rear yard from the required twenty-five feet to fifteen feet, this property being located 405-A North Jackson Street, being Lot 8 of the LGD Townhomes Addition. (ZBOA Case No. 2002-16)
