- Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes of the December 16,
2002 Meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
- Hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a request by Calvin
Frederick for a variance to Section 3.3.A of the Zoning Ordinance in
order to reduce the front yard from the required twenty-five (25)
feet to six (6) feet, this property being located at 504 South
Jackson Street and being Lot 3 of Block 7 in the Keller's First
Addition. (ZBOA Case No. 2002-21)
