1. Hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a request by Coral Watkins for a variance to Section 3.3.A of the Zoning Ordinance in order to reduce the front yard from the required twenty-five (25) feet to six (6.47) feet, this property being located at 313 South Third Street and being Lot 26 of Block 1 in the Bostic Addition.
