Zoning Board of Adjustments

This Five-member Board, with two alternates, meets to consider applications for variances to zoning ordinance regulations. The board hears appeals regarding determinations of the Zoning Administrator, and considers action concerning non-conforming uses.

Meetings occur monthly on the fourth Monday, as needed, at 7:00 pm at the Council Chambers, Wylie Municipal Complex, 2000 Hwy 78 N.
