Finance

The Finance Department is comprised of three operating divisions:  accounting, budgeting and utility billing.  The accounting division is responsible for administering the City's treasury, general ledger, revenue collections, accounts payable and payroll functions.  The budgeting division prepares the annual budget and performs variance analysis reviews.  The utility billing division is responsible for the billing and collection of utility fees, meter services, mail posting, cash deposits for all departments and utility customer service.
