Finance
The department's mission is to manage the financial affairs of
the city. This includes accounting, auditing, cash management, debt
management, revenue collections and fixed assets. The department
prepares a comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) and assists
the City Manager with development of the City's annual operating
and capital budgets.
