How to Obtain
a Library Card
You may obtain a Smith Public Library Card by simply filling out
a form at the library. Proof of current address is required to attain
a card. A valid current driver’s license, utility bill, tax
bill, ID, pay stub, or other similar documents may be used as proof
of current residency.There are NO FEES for Non-Residents at the
Smith Public Library. Your library card can be used to check out
materials at the library as well as accessing our Online Catalog
and Databases from home.
