Collin County Area Rural Transit (CCART)
Collin County Area Rural Transit (CCART) is a non-profit division
of Collin County Committee on Aging (CCCOA) and has been serving
the citizens of Collin County for 25 years.
CCART is totally dependent on funding from Federal, State, and
local governments, United Way, fares/donations, and contracts for
service. On a typical day, 25 of our vehicles are in use.
These vehicles range in size from mini-vans to maxi-vans and are
equipped with two-way radios. Service accessible to riders in wheel
chairs is available. All service is open to the public. All service
is "curb-to-curb". CCART drivers are not permitted to
enter private residences or otherwise leave vehicles unattended.
