This five-member Board develops an overall economic development plan for the City and makes recommendations to Council regarding funding priorities to assist new, prospective and existing businesses. Each member must have lived in the City limits or operated a business in the City limits for a minimum of one (1) year and live in the City limits during the tenure of office. Each member shall meet at least one (1) of the following qualifications:

serve, or have served, as Chief Executive Office of a company
|

(b)
|
serve, or have served, in a position of executive management of a company
|
|
(c)
|
serve, or have served, in a professional capacity
|
Meetings occur monthly on the third Friday at 6:00 am and on an as-needed basis in the Community Room, Inwood National Bank, 200 S. Highway 78.
