This five-member board, with two alternates, meets to consider applications for variances to zoning ordinance regulations. The board hears appeals regarding determinations of the Zoning Administrator, and considers action concerning non-conforming uses.
Meetings occur monthly on the third Monday, as needed, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Wylie Municipal Complex, 300 Country Club Road, Building 100.
