Mindy Manson, City Manager
Mrs. Manson has more than 26 years in municipal government. She is responsible for the daily activities and services of the city. Her previous experience includes working for the cities of San Angelo and Abilene. She holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from SMU and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from SMU.

She and her husband Bin reside in Wylie. They have two children, Andrew and Kate.

Jeff Butters, Assistant City Manager
Appointed in October 2006, his responsibilities include Public Services (Water, Sewer, Streets and Parks Depts.), Bldg. Inspection, Code Enforcement, Information Technology, Facility Maintenance, and special projects. He holds two degrees, a Bachelor in Public Administration from UTD and Master's in Business and Human Relations from Amber University.

Jeff and his wife Angela reside in McKinney. They have one daughter, Alesha.
