If you need an extension to pay, you must enter a plea and request an extension to pay either in person or in writing.  Upon entering a plea of "guilty" or "no contest", the Judge will enter a Judgment of guilty and assess the State Costs and Fine accordingly.  The Judge will grant you a 30-day Extension to Pay.

Please Note:

If the fine is not paid within 30 days of the Judgment date, a State mandated $25.00 Time Payment Fee will be assessed.

Failure to pay the State Costs and Fine will result in a Capias Pro-Fine Warrant issued for your arrest with the additional costs attached thereto (i.e. $50.00 Warrant Fee).
