Job Summary:  Under direction of the Director of Development Services, manages, organizes, plans and coordinates the work of the division including plan review, building inspection, code inspection and permit processing.  Interact with management staff, City Council, Construction Board, Planning and Zoning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustments as needed.
