June 24 - Forensics: Fire Marshall Steve Seddig discusses and demonstrates fire crime scene investigation.

July 1 - Gettin’ Saucy: Making & Fixing Emulsions Did your vinaigrette divide? Sauces separate? Learn how oil and water mix to make tasty dressings, and what to do if something goes wrong. Formerly: Cooking with Chef Cesario.

July 8 - Up Your Family Tree: DNA & Its Benefits in Genealogy DNA testing is the fastest growing tool in genealogy. Learn what tests can -- and can't -- tell you about your roots, and how testing helps show more about your family tree. 

July 15 - Sci Fi Movie Night: Men in Black James, a NYC cop, is recruited by "K,” a veteran of a clandestine government agency secretly policing the comings and goings of aliens on planet Earth. Starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

July 22 - Tech Petting Zoo: Demo and learn about some of the latest in electronics and 3D printing. Brands include B&N Nook, Microsoft Surface and Apple.

July 29 - Rainwater Harvesting: Learn how to collect and use rainwater to irrigate your landscapes. Presented by Collin Co Master Gardeners
