Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Smith Public Library is composed of people who believe in the importance of books, reading, learning, and libraries for people of all ages. They share a common interest in libraries in general and specifically the Smith Public Library. Members agree that the community is a better place to live if it supports the library.
Why should you become a Friend?
As a Friend of the Smith Public Library you will promote the improvement the facilities and services of the Library. You will enhance cooperation among local citizens, library board members, and government officials. When you become a friend, you will enjoy the association with others who share an interest in books, libraries, and the community.
