Zoning Fees                          Zoning application or re-zoning fees shall be paid at the time application for re-zoning is made.

Site Plan Review                   $250.00

Preliminary Plat                     $200.00 plus $12.00 per acre.

Final Plat,                               $325.00 plus $25.00 per acre

Replat or Minor Plat

Re-advertising Fee               $200.00 if item is tabled by applicant or City Council

Zoning Verification                $50.00

Letter

Variances                              $100.00, including alley waivers, ZBoA and parking variance.

Annexations                           $200.00, includes dis-annexation

Development Inspection Fees:

3% of the total cost of improvements intended for dedication to the City for water, sewer, streets and drainage.

Parkland Dedication Fees:

5 acres for each 100 dwelling units with 5 acres minimum and/or fees:

            Less than 2 single family dwellings/acre at $3,000/lot

            3 or 4 single family dwellings/acre at $2,000/lot

            More than 5 single family dwellings/acre at $1,500/lot

            Multi-family at $800/dwelling unit

Maintenance Bond:

The City of Wylie's Subdivision Regulations require that a maintenance bond be posted to cover the cost of any repairs that may be required during the two-year warranty period to public works improvements and facilities dedicated to the City of Wylie in the amount of 100% of the total value of all such improvements.

THESE FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO FILING THE FINAL PLAT WITH COLLIN COUNTY.
