Strategic Plan
The 2003-2009 Wylie Fire Rescue six-year plan represents the efforts
of many people involved in evaluating the department and its mission.
An important aspect of this process includes anticipating the future
in terms of building a flexible organization. The Wylie Fire-Rescue
Department must respond to change, solve problems and collaborate
on issues, assess community needs and resources required to meet
those needs and formulate a plan to provide comprehensive and cost-effective
services to our customers - the citizens of Wylie.
