Zoning Board of Adjustments
The Zoning Board of Adjustments is a five-member board with two alternates that meets to consider applications for variances to zoning ordinance regulations. The board hears appeals regarding determinations of the Zoning Administrator and considers action concerning non-conforming uses. Members of the board shall be qualified voters of the City.
Meetings occur monthly on the third Monday, as needed, at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers, Wylie Municipal Complex, 300 Country Club Road, Building 100.
