Wylie Municipal Court is closed for walk-in business. Any appearance dates and deadlines will be extended at a date to be determined but for no longer than 30 days after the Governor's State of Disaster has been lifted. You are free to exercise other available options to resolve cases: The Wylie Municipal Court offers online services, a 24 hour drop box, as well as requests for options made by email at email@example.com. These options by email include requesting Driving Safety, Deferred Disposition, Court Hearings, and Extensions or Payment Plans. Please follow the instructions for Driving Safety and Deferred Disposition located on this web site. For requests for Extensions and Payment Plans, once we receive your request by email we will respond with further instructions. At this time, limited court staff will be working and can answer any questions you have by phone or email. The Wylie Municipal Court is rescheduling all defendants, jurors, and witnesses set for a hearing or trial from March 20, 2020 through and including May 8, 2020. You will receive a written notice from the Court advising you of the new date and time for your hearing or jury service. Utility Billing - Utility Billing will be temporarily closed to the public. We will not be processing late penalties or cut-offs at this time. Please be aware you can make your payment online, mail a payment, pay through your bank, or leave a payment in the drop box located outside City Hall. If this is an after-hours water emergency or turn on, please call 972-442-8171.
